The Ceremony
Wedding ceremony decor creates the perfect backdrop for your most memorable moment. From elegant ceremony arches to floral installations and custom backdrops, ceremony decor brings your personal style to life while transforming the event space into a cohesive, stunning celebration.
There are many possibilities on wedding backdrops, and we have pulled together a few of our favorite photos for inspiration:
2 panel draping in champagne color, with uplighting and hanging greenery with white flowers and floor florals. Venue offers a hanging bar that can be set at any height to attach the florals in lieu of an arch.
Minimalist usage of Black Frames, 6' and 8' in size with simple florals that are placed on the sides. The venue offers 6 Frames total - 2 of each of these sizes: 4', 6', 8'.
The venue also offers a large grid, the size of 10' x 2' for clients or florists to build large arrangements on site.
Broken arches in a winter them with candles. The venue offers the bases for the arches, and boards for you to slip your florals over if using for the backdrop.
Disco ball themed wedding, created a 10' Bar that attached to our hanging system. Fresh greenery was also attached, with beautiful tropical florals. The client rented the mirrored pedestals from a decor company for extra bling!
Aisle greenery and candles are a very pretty way to dress up the aisle and create the perfect pathway for the ceremony.
Sometimes clients rent in other chairs, and in this picture it shows a rented off white colored farmhouse chair with padded seats, and a version of a handing drape to design the ceremony area.
Couples often time take pre-ceremony pictures in front of the ceremony backdrop, so it's fun to create some depth and texture that can be used for these pictures, as well as the ceremony and to frame in the sweetheart or head table for dinner. These white pillars were rented in from a decor company.
Another form of hanging installations that really transformed our space are these papel picado streamers. With the high ceilings, there are many things that can be done to create that next level wow factor.
Many people ask about the draping and we have this wedding a few time shown from different angles. The color of the drapes is Champagne, and it's a 2 panel installation.
Large aisles are pretty standard for our ceremony sets, big enough for 3 people with aisle decor if desired. For the backdrop, the client in this picture used 2 of the 8' Black Frames along with the floating hanging bar.
Don't forget about the aisles when planning your decor. Client's often repurpose arrangements and candles meant for the dinner tables as a way to add a little aisle interest.
Winter wedding vibes all over here! Candles and white uplighting complimented the white floating floral clouds.
Our clients custom made this faux stained glass replica for their ceremony backdrop and we just wanted to share as it's another option and different than what we usually offer.
Hexagon arch, with a video image projection and aisle decor.
Sometime clients opt to just use the tall white walls, natural light and windows for a more simple, but still beautiful backdrop.
Oh wow, some fun color! This is the large 10'x2' Frame, with floor arrangements.
Faux floral arch with large faux floral aisle arrangements.
White pedestals were rented in for this ceremony backdrop.
Another installation on our hanging bar. The height can vary as the bar is on a crank system and if you use faux florals/greenery, you can have this done ahead of time so installation is just as easy as clipping it in, and doing a little fluff on it.
Here are the 6 Black Frames in various sizes with white flower arrangements.
This client brought in a circular arch with greenery and white florals.
This client had 2 panel white draping, and used both the black frames with florals and also created a custom hanging bar with suspended globes and battery powered lights. This backdrop was stunning, especially when the sun went down.
Here is an image of the broken arch frames and a floral / greenery installation by a client. You have access to our frames, and can use them as the solo piece for the ceremony backdrop, or in conjunction with other pieces. You can also use this frame for another area, like DJ, bar, or photo booth area / selfie wall.
Broken arches used solo for the wedding ceremony backdrop.
Sometimes clients only use 2 of the frames to create their backdrop. Florals like these are very easy to attach to the frame.
There are 2 types of draping styles that we have seen at the Venue. This one is more of a classic style with twinkle lights, and a crossed backdrop with uplighting was also brought in to frame the ceremony area.
One of our clients custom made this colorful quilt for their ceremony backdrop. Paired with floral arrangements on the venue's grey pedestals.
Aisle decor in florals.
This image might look a little different from the other ceremony pictures, and it is because it is done in the front room of the space.
Bring on the large wedding party! This client did a dried baby's breath cloud, with using the black frames as additional texture.
End of aisle decor in addition to or in lieu of floor aisle decor is also another great way to set the stage!
Great picture showing the black frames with florals on the ceremony wall, with aisle floating candles that were rented from the venue with a fun moment on the way out after ceremony.
