MAIN COURSE:

You are welcome to bring in any licensed caterer or food truck of your choice, provided they agree to our catering policies and complete an in-person walkthrough before their first event with us. We've listed some excellent local catering companies and food trucks below for your convenience, but you are not limited to these options.

If you choose to book both The Luminare and Gastrotruck for your catering needs, you will receive a 10% discount on your food invoice.

Regardless of which caterer you choose, at least one member of the catering team must remain on-site through the end of their service period to ensure all catering equipment, supplies, and food service items are properly cleaned up and removed. All outside caterers must be properly licensed, insured, and complete a vendor agreement prior to providing services at The Luminare.

APPETIZERS, DESSERTS, LATE NIGHT SNACK:

Caterer can be different for these options, as long as these items are prepared by a licensed restaurant or catering company, delivered, and set up and fully cleaned up by you or the day of coordinator.

DO YOU NEED EVENT STAFFING?

If your caterer does not provide staff to monitor, serve, clean and clear their food items until the end of the meal service, you must hire professional staff to do so. The Luminare does not allow unlicensed individuals to manage the food items prepared by a catering company.

The Luminare partners with Host a Toast, Hire a Host and Noor’s Decor & Events to provide professional staffing when your caterer does not offer these services.
